A very special type of delicious, organic, sea-side greens, lightly cooked, sorted out from their hard inedible parts and marinated in extra virgin olive-oil, garlic, lemon and pomegranate dressing. Their name literally translates to ”saltiness” in Greek. It is only slightly salty though, with a very unique, soft and interesting texture. Our almyra is accompanied with our home-made, certified ancient and organic whole wheat sourdough bread, grilles with cold extract extra virgin olive-oil.
