Sous Chef
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at our vegan restaurant on the beautiful island of Patmos. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, ingredient sourcing, food preparation, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. You will also be responsible for placing orders for the products that we need to keep the kitchen running smoothly.

As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks and smoothies, as well as assisting with other front-of-house duties as needed.
